Selena Book

I choose to make a mini book about Selena Quintanilla. She has been a huge inspiration to me for as long as I can remember. I think this is a important story to tell because not a lot of people know her story. She affects so many people in he Latino Community. Selena is one out of few Latina role models. Fans adored Selena for being talented but humble. Her story is something people can relate to. It gives people hope and motivation. Her story continues to live on. I used Illustrator for the drawings.

Basically until my paint brushes worn out. My paintings improved for the better. Never give up on your passion. Practice, practice, practice and you will get better!

He became paralyzed from the chest down to his feet. He was devastated and lost hope. He thought his life came to short end. It took a very long time to recover mentally but he was willing to make the best of what he had. He chose to go after his GED. Afterwards, he attended Tarrant County College to receive a bachelor’s degree. He furthered his education by receiving his master’s degree. He worked as an engineer for over 25 years for Tandy Co. In 2003, My uncle was the first to complete the White Roc...
